A staple design for any HolyClothing connoisseur to have in their closet, the Renée Maxi combines a simple overdress with a long-sleeved chemise to achieve an attractive outfit that can be worn alone or built on. Our favorite thing to see here at HC headquarters is how you all put together such a unique expression of self with one of our simpler designs.
The bodice of the Renée Maxi overdress can be laced up at the front and at the back of the dress. This allows the wearer to have greater control over the fit of this gown. From the bodice, the overdress then flows down in a wave of rayon fabric, giving the dress a good weight for swishing around your legs as you run through the castle gates.
As for the chemise, well, its delightful sleeves give the dress slight Victorian vibes, while the drawstring neckline allows for an on or off the shoulder look.
