Refund policy

REFUNDS BEFORE SHIPPING:

As all items are Made to Order, we will be happy to change (style, size, colour) your order within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds/store credit possible and Rush Production can not be changed or cancelled.

After 24 Hours, no changes or refunds/store credit are possible, as your order will be in production.
If your order is in production and it's more than 7 days late, then we will be happy to refund or issue store credit to you.

RETURNS AFTER SHIPPING:

You may return any regular price item to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit or refund.
Returned items must have their original tags still attached, and be unworn.
