When I received the dress the quality was really great right off the bat. The details and the color are absolutely gorgeous. It fits perfectly on me mind you I'm 139 pounds and I got the medium, regular. Looks exactly like the picture. My one and only complaint it the bottom need more buttons I'm 5'7/5'8 so I opted for the regular size and although initially it seems to covered everything pretty well it became immediately obvious that just the littlest amount of movement or a small breeze of wind would expose a inappropriate amount below my waist. Where I'm sure I would probably get cited for public indecency but I'm still giving it five stars because other than that I'm quite happy with my purchase and it fits perfectly otherwise and I don't mind wearing leggings underneath but if you are thinking of buying I would definitely go up a size in the height department.
