Marianne Classic

I was wearing my Marianne Pants & Trinity Top last Sunday to my mom's birthday: it was a great success, everybody loved my outfit.

I must admit I thought they would be elastic waisted, but they are comfortable and I am happy with them. Very suitable for work as well.

I didn't realize that there'd be embroidered flowers on my pants until I got them. Or maybe the time delay between me placing my order and receiving them meant that I had time to forget? Whichever way, i adore them! I think that I may have gotten them one size too big, though: even with the drawstring, if I put something heavy in my pockets they tend to side. However, they seemed right based on the measurements I read. The color is a little tricky though. It some light it comes out as a cobalt blue, and in other light it comes out as a deep aqua blue. It made it a bit challenging for me to pick out a good top to match, but hot pink served me well in this case. Yay! Lovely hot-weather pants.
