What you’re good at  


You’re fashion savvy, a marketing guru, storyteller and social media enthusiast! You’re driven,always one step ahead of digital trends, and self-motivated to produce great work. In this role, you will:

  • Write a range of creative and compelling communications, including website content, ads, emails, texts, push, social media posts and more.
  • Monitor and refresh our website - particularly our homepage - to reflect the latest merchandise, drive sales and refresh promotional content.
  • Oversee Facebook and Google ads campaign management, including audience targeting, retargeting, keyword research and selection, ad group structuring, ad copy writing and landing page testing and optimization.
  • Use Google AdWords to set up and monitor paid search. Keep pace and report on PPC industry trends and developments. Gather competitive intel, including research on competitor keywords, ad copy and landing pages.
  • Proactively monitor advertising performance and budgets.
  • Develop, manage, coordinate and execute automation campaigns and workflows.
  • Write, build and send emails; Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates). Ensure a ‘clean’ distribution list for those who have opted in for emails.
  • Implement a range of SEO techniques for our website, product listing and landing pages. Review Google Analytics reports and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Develop and sustain a paid and organic influencer outreach strategy on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube to help draw awareness and demand for HolyClothing.
  • Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.

The skills and positive attitude that you’ll bring to our team:

  • B.A. in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience at a fashion company or agency
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Adwords
  • Strong foundation in organic and paid search
  • Good writing skills with a knack for quickly producing content
  • Strong project management and organization skills
