A truly superb Romanian Scalloped Hem design with a monster full flowing hem! Skirt is butter-soft (to die-for) washed viscose with embroidered Satin-Inlays at the hem. Embroidery is Gothic-inspired - and my favorite detail (along with the monster flowing hem) - the crochet-lace inlays that flow just above the hem - adding flare and sex-appeal to every stride!
