Perfect For an Autumn Wedding Review by patsarts

Our son's wedding was an autumn theme - I wore this skirt and a brown top (from HolyClothing) and it was perfect and a big HIT with the bride and groom! Recently I purchased the Talia Gypsy skirt and i was blown away. I love the heaviness of the skirt and the flowing ruffles. I bought it in black and burgundy and get comments on it whenever I wear them. I ordered nine skirts overall and I love them. I have searched the world over and i am so glad I came across these skirts and I will buy again. I will also recommend these to anyone. It arrived quickly. A simple spritz with water and the shipping wrinkles just fell out! And - - I LUV IT! I bought the purple passion and now all the members of my Red Hat Society are green with envy. It rather clashes with their purple outfits. This skirt truly amazed me, it is absolutely breathtaking! I live in peasant skirts and I'm really fussy about the style. They need to really flow and swirl and have a wide hemline. This one is really beyond my expectations. And the fabric is simply divine - truly soft and buttery, much like a thinner version of my favorite Moroccan cotton. I received my new Talia skirt yesterday after having placed the order only 3 days before! Not only is the skirt a wonderful fit with lots of "flair", but it is very modest with a lovely drape. The skirt is a tad on the "heavy" side due to basically having a full second layer of fabric - I would feel more secure with the weight of the skirt if it included a drawstring. Also, the skirt is a couple inches shorter than anticipated - the "longest length" appears to be measured to the end of the streaming ruffles versus the lowest full hem of the garment. Nonetheless, these are minor details and don't really detract from how wonderful this skirt looks and feels! (Posted on 3/29/12)
