I ordered this to wear for special event that called for a black dress, but it shipped in fast enough for me to wear to another special event where I received many compliments. Of COURSE I told those who asked where I found this. However, I will need another one in a different color. I would be happier if the petticoat/slip were a bit more generous in the hip/thigh area, but this is likely to become my "go to" dress for special occasions. (Posted on 10/21/11)

I just ordered this dress and one of the vests to wear to my daughters wedding. It shipped in lightning time and I couldn't be happier with the dress … beautiful flowing lace over a comfortable cotton slip. I have this one in black and it is STUNNING! What I love most about it is that the under slip is not attached - so it is actually 3 dresses - 1: together - 2: just the slip (makes a nice shift under cloaks) or 3: just the lace - if you want a daring sexy look round the fire!
