I have been wearing this style as a layering piece for years. In summer with t-shirts and capri pants or leggings and in the winter with turtlenecks and pants. One of my all time favorite HC items! It's a bonus that when they are too worn for public wearing, they are awesome for PJ's and lounging around in! :-)

Perfect little summer dress. Review by Hannah

This is a style I go back for repeatedly, and I'm a 3x. When the weather gets very hot, this thin-strap short viscose dress keeps me comfortable and looks graceful. It's also sexy; it hugs the chest but skims the lower body and flares out. Meriel also wears very well!! The white one I use as a nightdress has been washed and dried on a regular cycle several times and has held up. In cooler weather, it works well under a jacket and over jeans or leggings. Nice Dress for Slim and/or Confident Women Review by Kristen

This is a beautiful short dress and I would recommend it to someone who is slim and/or very confident about their body. I like the fabric detail and the ties in the back for a nice fit on the torso. If you are shy about showing your legs, you could be like me and wear it as a tunic/shirt and wear a pair of pants or a skirt with it. It looks very nice this way. (Posted on 6/26/11)
