From the pic on my computer the top looked almost a burnt orange (which would have been fine too), but when it turned up it was truly the 'Burgundy Wine' as advertised. A really rich deep wine red. The top is gorgeous and I want to wear it right now and swish the sleeves about! (Posted on 1/12/13)

I bought this in Green Jade (2x), which is a gorgeous deep, dark emerald colour. The rayon fabric which comprises the main part of the top and sleeves is very comfortable and the garment itself is flattering. It seems true to the size posted, and the ties in the back fit the top to my waist. I have small shoulders compared to my bust, which means the neckline/shoulders sit a little low and open. This top makes for some fabulous decolletage and cleavage. I personally like this, but I know some HC customers prefer modesty. So, if you have small shoulders like me, be aware. The satin jacquard fabric that is used in the front-bust area of the top seems delicate - you will probably want to be careful with it. This comes in double-dyed colours only. If you are new to Holy Clothing's double dying process, this means that some areas - embroidery and seams - will be a little darker; this makes for a very pretty effect. The top is very beautiful, comfortable, and flattering, and at my short-waisted 5'4" height, I can wear it as a dress as well, as it hangs halfway to my knees. I will be wearing this a lot and perhaps coveting it in more colours! (Posted on 1/21/12)
