We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any items within 30 days of receipt. Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their tags attached.


Return Instructions:

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt. Enclosed in your order you will find your Returns Form, please ensure this is filled in and sent back with your return so we're able to identify and process your return as quickly as possible. If you didn't receive a returns form in your order, you can download one here.

Please Note: You may return any item within 30 Days of Receipt. All returned items must have their original tags still attached, and be unworn. If you have misplaced your Returns Form, you can download one here.


Issuing a Refund

Once received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once refund is issued.

Please Note: Shipping and duties will not be refunded by HolyClothing.



On your Returns Form you are able to indicate if you would like an exchange. Please ensure you include the details of the item you would like to exchange for, including the Style Name, Color and Size.


Store Credits

On your Returns Form you are able to indicate if you would like a store credit.


Return of Sale Items

Sale items can be returned as long as the item is returned within 30 days of receipt and is returned unworn with all its tags attached.


Return of Items Purchased with Discount Codes

You may return items bought with a discount code, you'll be refunded the full amount paid for the item at the time the purchase was made via your original payment method.


Defective Items

If you have received a faulty item please email us with a photo of the defect.


Items Shipped in Error

If you have received an item shipped in error, please email us so we can resolve this for you.


Payment of Return Shipping

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via trackable method.
