Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. Orders will most likely be shipped the next business day. Priority Courier is delivered in 3-5 Business Days. Standard Post is delivered in 13-15 Business Days.

Q. How much will my order cost to ship?
A. To All Countries:

Priority Courier:

  • Flat Rate $14.99, Free for orders over $99.
  • Delivery in 3-5 Business Days.
  • Fully trackable.
  • Unfortunately we no longer ship Priority Courier to Canada and the UK.

 

Standard Post:

  • Flat Rate $9.99, Free for orders over $99.
  • Delivery in 13-15 Business Days.
  • No tracking is available. Signature required upon delivery.

 

Q. How can I track my order?
A. Priority Courier:

  • You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped with all your tracking details.

 

Standard Post:

  • You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped. Tracking is not available for Standard Post orders. Signature is required upon delivery.

 

 

Q. Will I have to pay duty/taxes on my order?
A. Customers are responsible for customs duty and taxes that may be incurred. HolyClothing will declare full value paid on all shipments. Priority Courier may incur higher duty/taxes, if you are concerned with this we suggest choosing Standard Post option instead. Below is a list of approximate thresholds for taxes and import duties. Please note the rates are an approximate indication only and should be used as a guide.

UNITED STATES - Tax & Duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $200.

CANADA - Tax & Duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $0.00 (All imports will be charged Tax & Duty).

UK & EUROPE - Tax will be charged if purchase exceeds $0.00 (All imports will be charged VAT) and duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $150.

AU - Tax & Duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $600.

NZ - Tax & Duty will be charged if purchase exceeds $35.

Q. How do I return an item?
A. You may return any item within 30 days of receipt. Enclosed in your order you will find your Returns Form, please ensure this is filled in and sent back with your return so we're able to identify and process your return as quickly as possible. If you didn't receive a returns form in your order, you can download one here.

Please Note: You may return any item within 30 Days of Receipt. All returned items must have their original tags still attached, and be unworn.

Orders placed from Black Friday through Christmas, can be returned until January 31st.

Q. Can I exchange an item?
A. Yes! On your Returns Form you are able to indicate if you would like an exchange. Please ensure you include the details of the item you would like to exchange for, including the Style Name, Color and Size.

Q. Can I return for a store credit?
A. Yes! On your Returns Form you are able to indicate if you would like a store credit.

Q. What if my item is defective?
A. If you have received a faulty item please email us with a photo of the defect.

Q. What if I receive an incorrect item?
A. If you have received an item shipped in error, please email us so we can resolve this for you.

Q. Will this garment fit me?
A. You will find two sets of measurements on our item pages, both of which will help you select the proper sized garment.

To determine the right size to order:

Step 1. Match your body measurements to the "Size Chart" below. This will give you a good idea of the size to choose. If you are between sizes, order the larger size.

Step 2. Check the "Actual Garment Measurements" (on the product page) to make sure the length is right for you.

Q. Should I wash my new HolyClothing garment before wearing?
A. Yes, we strongly recommend that you wash your new HolyClothing garment before wearing as there may be dyeing residues (from the vintage wash process) still in the fabric.

Q. How should I wash my HolyClothing garment?
A.

  • Wash separately inside out on delicate in cold water.
  • Hang to dry.
  • Do not use dryer.
  • Iron inside out.

Q. Can I color match separate garments that I buy from HolyClothing?
A. A. One of the qualities making HolyClothing garments unique is that they are hand dyed using a vintage wash process that gives the garments a wonderful depth, contrast and personality all their own.

Since we hand dye our garments in small batches, the shades may vary from batch to batch. Therefore we cannot guarantee that every garment will be identical in shade.

Q. What sort of dyeing is used in HolyClothing garments?
A. All of our garments are Hand-Dyed using a Vintage-Wash process which gives the garments a wonderful depth, contrast and personality all their own.

Q. What sort of fabric is used in HolyClothing garments?
A. Most HolyClothing garments are made from butter-soft 100% natural Rayon, which is similar in feel to cotton but is actually softer than cotton - with a tighter weave that is more durable for embroidering. It has many of the qualities of cotton but is cooler, accepts deeper dyes and drapes better.

The rayon fibers are finished in the following weaves: plain, jacquard, satin, velvet, chiffon, lace and crepe.

Q. What sort of stitching is used in HolyClothing garments?
A. All HolyClothing items are made by us in our own factory - to the highest standards. This means double-stitching, over-locked seams & side stitching on all of our garments. We never cut corners and use the highest quality viscose, velvet, satin, jacquard and laces.

Q. What is the difference between your two sets of blue, red, green and purple shades?
A. The darker Blue Divine, Burgundy Wine, Green Jade and Purple Passion are all first dyed black, then the main color on top. This means the embroidery will stand out with a black contrast.

The brighter Sapphire Blue, Ruby Red, Forest Green and Purple Fuchsia are single-dyed without the black. With these colors, the embroidery closely matches the color of the rest of the garment.

Q. Do you make special orders?
A. Yes we can make special orders at an additional cost of $30.00 over regular retail price for each item, which includes Priority Courier shipping.

Q. Do you offer Gift Certificates?
A. We offer Gift Certificates in $25, $50, $100 and $200 denominations. These are not currently available in our store, you need to email us to request one. We will then send you a PayPal money request.
